June 21 celebrates Seashell Day! Seashells are exoskeletons made mostly of calcium carbonate (the same substance as egg shells!). Over 200,000 types of mollusks create shells and color comes from their food and environment, with richer colors being seen in warmer climates. This is the 2022 May yarn club shipment, now available for the first time.
This yarn is thick and thin overlapping stripes of Sand (tan), Conch (peach), Cowrie (gray), and Moon Shell (pink to blue-green)
