Yarn Club Themes Announced!
We're getting ready to start dyeing yarn again and our clubs will reopen in mid-September. There will be options for monthly or bi-monthly. Stripes or semi-solids.

For the monthly club, we'll be starting with Sheepventure vol III from October through December. In this installment, you've volunteered to run the 'Ber Months Committee in Spindle Falls. As the town is dedicated to sheep and wool, autumn and early winter are months worth celebrating! It's basically a festival every day, and you'll get to choose how a fun monthly event plays out. Each month you'll receive a short story via email. The story will focus on the antics of humans and sheep in the fictional, cozy town of Spindle Falls. As the main character in the story, you'll be organizing festivals, parades, cookouts, and other events that celebrate the season. Each story will end in two choices, and the choice you make will affect the rest of the story, and your yarn colors.
Expect a wide range of colors, with two very different choices each month.

We're also rolling out two color-themed clubs. On even months, we wear pink! Passion for Pink will offer self-striping yarn where at least 50% of the stripes will be pink. (If you choose the semi-solid option...100% of the yarn will be pink!) There may be a few other colors included in the stripe, but you should definitely be a fan of a range of pinks to join this club.

The other bi-monthly option is for neutrals and earth tones. Mild yarns for less dramatic socks. Splendid Staples that you can wear to more reserved events, or gift to friends and family who prefer subtle footwear. Expect grays and browns with navy, sage, camel, brick, and other earthy colors.

There will be options to mix and match the clubs too. You'll be able to sign up for a month-to-month club, or prepay all at once. Look for more info in mid-September.
My next task is to figure out what yarn bases we'll be offering, and I hope to write to you soon to roll them out. In addition to carrying over Yarny McYarnface, BFL/nylon, and Standard Merino, I hope to offer you more non-merino yarns. We'll have a sport weight option too,
I hope you've been enjoying some good knitting time this summer. I can't wait to start making new colorways for you again!
